The SEER Advanced Topics for Registry Professionals workshop will expand the knowledge and build registrar expertise and confidence in the areas of Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Neoplasms, Complex Histologies and the Multiple Primary and Histology Rules, and Data Quality and Relationships between Data Fields. This is a two day workshop with day one focusing on focusing on Hematopoietic & Lymphoid Neoplasms: Diagnostic Confirmation, when and how to use “obsolete” codes, myelodysplastic diseases and timing rules for chronic to acute diseases. Day two will focus on MP/H rules and Data Quality.
Prerequisites for the workshop: Participants must have viewed all available online presentations relevant to the Hematopoietic & Lymphoid Neoplasms and Multiple Primary and Histology Coding rules prior to attendance.
