Can guests attend educational sessions or workshops?
Guest registration includes access to the Welcome Reception; Exhibit Hall; NCRA Business Meeting Luncheon; and the Awards, Installation, and Recognition Luncheon. Guests cannot attend educational sessions or workshops.

What are the Encore Sessions and what is the difference between the Online Package and the USB Drive?
Encore Sessions are the recorded sessions from the annual conference. NCRA offers these recorded sessions in two forms: online through the Center for Cancer Registry Education and as a USB Drive. Both options are $125. Continuing Education (CE) hours are not included in the price, but can be purchased separately. The cost per CE hour is $25. To purchase CE hours, print and complete the Viewing Form which is included in both products. Submit the form and payment to NCRA as directed on the form. These activities will not automatically populate as CEs earned in your member profile. They will have to be submitted under approved-CEs on your CE submission form.

Are breakfasts included? I did not see them listed in the Registration Brochure.
Continental breakfasts are provided Monday, May 20, through Wednesday, May 22. On Monday, the continental breakfast will be available in a common area; on Tuesday and Wednesday, breakfast will be provided in the Exhibit Hall.

This is my first NCRA conference. Any tips for a “newbie”?
Hotels and conference centers are typically colder than you expect, so bring a light sweater or jacket. We also recommend you wear comfortable shoes. A Conference Program will be provided to each attendee when they check-in. This is your “guide” to all events and educational sessions offered during the conference.
