NCRA acknowledges outstanding contributions to the cancer registry profession and the association through its annual Awards Program. The program provides national recognition in five award categories.

Distinguished Member Award: Honors an NCRA member for outstanding contribution to the profession.
April Fritz Outstanding New Professional Award: Honors a new ODS credential holder for significant involvement in the profession.
Educational Achievement Award: Honors an NCRA member for significant contributions to cancer registry education.
Literary Award: Honors an NCRA member for preparation of important published material related to the cancer registry.
Volunteer Excellence Award: Honors an NCRA member for significant volunteer and/or mentoring contributions to the association.

The NCRA Awards Committee encourages members to nominate colleagues who meet the awards criteria.

The deadline for nominations is January 31st.
