The National Cancer Registrars Association will held its 52nd Annual Educational Conference, May 5-8, 2026, at the Louisville Marriott Downtown. All sessions, including the CoC Cancer Programs, Central Registry, Registry Management, and Pediatric Concurrent sessions on Friday, May 8, were recorded and will be posted to the conference portal here May 28, 2026. These on-demand recorded sessions will be available for viewing through July 6, 2026.
By watching all live and on-demand sessions, attendees can earn a total of 34.75 CE credits of which 10.5 credits meet Category A requirements. Attendees can use the same live conference log-in credentials to view the recorded sessions. As a reminder, AHIMA approved 20.5 continuing education unit(s) (CEUs) for use in fulfilling the continuing education requirements of AHIMA credentials, providing attendees with additional credential maintenance opportunities.
All attendees must claim CE credit through the Conference Portal or the Mobile App. Attendees claim credit for live and recorded sessions by clicking on the “Claim CEs” tile in the Conference Portal (also available in the left navigation menu) or Mobile App. Once there, attendees will click on “Claim Credit” and then select the sessions they attended. The deadline to claim your CEs and print/save a copy of your Certificate of Attendance for the 2026 Annual Conference is July 6, 2026.
The 53rd Annual Educational Conference will take place May 10-13, 2027, at the Town and Country Resort™ San Diego. Attendees will enjoy a bevy of dining, shopping, and relaxing extracurricular opportunities surrounded by mid-century modern style charm at an iconic southern California location.
The 2027 conference will feature high-quality educational sessions and fantastic opportunities to connect with cancer registry professionals from across the U.S. and abroad. As in recent years, NCRA will apply for AHIMA CEUs, so attendance in 2027 will help you meet both your ODS® and AHIMA CE needs! The Call for Abstracts launches in June 2026. Conference registration and hotel reservations at Town and Country Resort™ San Diego will open October 2026.
