2026 Call for Abstracts is Now Open!

Share your expertise with the cancer registrar community at the NCRA 2026 Annual Educational Conference, May 5-8, 2026. Read the 2026 Guidance Document. Oral presentations and poster abstracts will be accepted through the 2026 NCRA Online Abstract Collection Site at www.ncra-usa.org/2026Abstracts. The submission deadline is Friday, September 5, 2025.

NCRA is looking to create a “Pediatric and Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA)” track at the 2026 Annual Conference. To that end, researchers who focus on pediatric and/or AYA cancers, physicians who treat this population, and organizations that accredit or support pediatric/AYA cancer programs are encouraged to submit abstracts.

The 2026 Program Committee will review all submissions. Authors of selected abstracts will be notified by mid-November 2025. Important: Selected speakers are required to present in-person in Louisville, KY.
