The National Cancer Registrars Association will hold its 52nd Annual Educational Conference, May 5-8, 2026, at the Louisville Marriott Downtown in Louisville, Kentucky. Whether it's meeting and connecting with fellow cancer registry and ODS-certified professionals or learning from in-depth discussions from medical practitioners and subject matter experts, the Annual Educational Conference meets your professional and credentialling needs. Registration and hotel reservations will open in Fall 2025.
Share your expertise with the cancer registrar community at the NCRA 2026 Annual Educational Conference, May 5-8, 2026. Read the 2026 Guidance Document. Oral presentations and poster abstracts will be accepted through the 2026 NCRA Online Abstract Collection Site at www.ncra-usa.org/2026Abstracts. The submission deadline is Friday, September 5, 2025.
NCRA is looking to create a “Pediatric and Adolescent & Young Adult (AYA)” track at the 2026 Annual Conference. To that end, researchers who focus on pediatric and/or AYA cancers, physicians who treat this population, and organizations that accredit or support pediatric/AYA cancer programs are encouraged to submit abstracts.
The 2026 Program Committee will review all submissions. Authors of selected abstracts will be notified by mid-November 2025. Important: Selected speakers are required to present in-person in Louisville, KY.
