If you are preparing for CoC Survey, you may need the following items:
The CE Validation Certificate shows proper validation of credential maintenance as a CTR. For a copy of your CE Cycle Validation Certificate, login, then click on 'My Account' text in the top right of the page and click the "Manage My Account" button. Under 'Account Actions' on the right-hand side, click on "CE Cycle Certificate." To order a replacement hardcopy of your CE cycle Validation Certificate, go to the NCRA Store.
Your employer can verify your credentialed status by using NCRA’s online CTR credential verification. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
If you previously submitted CEs online, a copy of your submission was e-mailed to you.
