ODS CEIP Submission Form

This form is to manage your Continuing Education In Person (CEIP) credits only. A separate CE Cycle Submission online form is required to demonstrate the completion of 20 CEs, including 4 Category A CEs. Duplication may be necessary.

The CEIP requirement (https://www.ncra-usa.org/ODS-Credential/CEIP) applies to those residing within any of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., plus Canada. However, individuals approved for medical or caretaker release are exempt from completing the CEIP requirements.

Eligible CEIP education must be NCRA Program Recognition approved and can be satisfied through in-person education delivered by a local facility or employer, regional or state association, central registry, or national partners.

Find NCRA Program Numbers on completion certificates or search for NCRA pre-approved CEIP events at https://www.ncra-usa.org/Education/NCRA-Approved-Education Once you have entered all required CEIP credits for your cycle, the "SUBMIT" button will appear. You must have a minimum of 8 total CEIP credits. Click "SUBMIT" to send your Completed CEIP credits as your completed CEIP Submission Form to NCRA.

After you successfully submit your CEIP credits, expect to receive an email confirmation that includes a copy of your submission. The review process may take up to four weeks. Upon approval of your CEIP submission, an acknowledgment email will be sent with instructions for accessing your CEIP Cycle Validation Certificate. All email confirmations will be sent to the email displayed under Contact Information.
