Justification Letter Template
The 2027 NCRA Annual Educational Conference is the only annual national meeting organized by cancer registrars for cancer registrars. The Justification Letter Template, available at the button below, is designed to assist you in conveying the importance of your attendance at the 2027 NCRA conference. The editable Justification Letter Template allows you to explain to your employer the benefits you will receive from attending the 2027 NCRA conference and how those benefits will improve your performance and help advance your organization. This letter is focused for CoC accredited Programs. If you need a letter for your non CoC Accredited ask, or something custom, please email registration @ncra-usa.org with that request and NCRA staff will work with you to prepare the letter. 

Tips for Customizing Your Letter: What to Include 

• View the Week-at-a-Glance to highlight in your personalized etter the educational sessions that you know are vital to your facility. 
• Note that attendance will ensure you will meet the continuing education (CE) credits required to maintain the ODS credential. 
• If you hold a credential from AHIMA, the NCRA conference will help you meet those CE requirements as well.
• Attendance will provide opportunities to network and build a professional community, benefiting your employer by expanding your access to information and resources.
