In-Person Registrants
The following are included when you register to attend the meeting in-person at the Town and Country Resort, San Diego:
Virtual Registrants
Live stream access to all Plenary Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday; the Skills & Training for Abstracting Concurrent Track only (formerly known as the Hospital Track), held on Thursday; access to the virtual exhibit hall; and all virtual online events. In addition, attendees will have access to the Conference Portal to view all recorded sessions through July 5, 2027.

Virtual Registrants Take Note!
As a virtual registrant, your access to the Conference Portal to view live and recorded sessions entitles only you - the paid registrant - to view those live-streamed or recorded sessions. Permitting others to watch live-streamed or recorded sessions, broadcasting or distributing the live-streamed sessions or recordings, and/or recording or copying any portions of the live-streamed or recorded sessions, violates the terms of your conference registration and infringes copyright. This policy also applies to in-person registrants viewing recorded sessions post-conference.

Group Pricing
In-Person and Virtual Registrants

What forms of payments are accepted?
NCRA accepts the following forms of payment: check/money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Returned Check Fee If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a returned-check fee will be added to your payment in the amount of $35.
What is your Cancellation, Substitutions, and Registration Transfers Policy?
Cancellations: NCRA will accept cancellations and refund registrations fees for cancellations received on/before February 5, 2027. NCRA will refund the registration fees, less $200 processing charge. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after February 5, 2027. Cancellations mus be in writing. NCRA will accept cancelations by mail, fax, or email. Substitutions and Registrations Transfers You may provide a substitution for the individual registered for the conference or workshop if received by April 6, 2027. Substitutions for in-person and transfers to the virtual option will be accepted, if received on/before April 6, 2027.
A registrant under a group discount program who wants to name a substitute must submit the request for transfer or substitution on/before April 6, 2027. No substitutions or transfers will be honored after April 6, 2027.
Event Relocation or Change in Format If NCRA and/or the hotel determine, in their sole discretion, that the premises where the conference is scheduled to be held are unfit or unavailable for occupancy, NCRA may relocate, reschedule, or convert the conference to a virtual-only format. If the conference is converted to a virtual-only format, all in-person registrations will automatically be changed to virtual registrations. NCRA will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable and engaging virtual conference experience. Registration fees are nonrefundable in the event of such a change in format. By registering, attendees acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued if the in-person conference cannot be held and is instead conducted virtually.
