Get ready for NCRA's first ever hybrid conference: 2022 in Washington DC will mark the return of the in-person conference with the option to register for virtual sessions! Stay current on this page for updates on registration, program details, and pre-and post-conference workshops. 

Online registration will open December 2021. Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center will be the site of the conference with reservations available late 2021.

2022 Call for Abstracts Now Open!

Share your expertise with the cancer registry community! NCRA is now accepting oral presentation and poster abstracts through its Online Abstract Collection Center. Deadline to submit is August 27, 2021. All submissions will be acknowledged and reviewed by the 2022 Program Committee. Selected presenters will be notified by November 5, 2021. Attendees of the 2021 Virtual Conference
The 2021 virtual conference sessions will be available on the virtual conference portal through July 31, 2021 at Use the same live conference “Access Key” to return to view the sessions through July 31, 2021. (Note: Dr. Jimmy Lin’s keynote address will not be available as an On-Demand session.)

The “Access Key” you received for the live virtual conference is unique to your paid registration. It cannot be shared with others.

NCRA will produce an Encore Sessions product that will include all recorded sessions and the Q&A. (It will not include Jimmy Lin’s keynote address.) This Encore Sessions product will be available for purchase on NCRA’s Center for Cancer Registry Education later this summer.

Claiming CEs
To claim credits, click on the “CE Credits” tile on the conference portal homepage or from the left navigation menu on the portal. Under “Tasks”, click on “Claim Credits” and follow the directions. Make sure you claim your CEs by July 31, 2021.

Ensure you have the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge browser on your PC or Mac. For the best user experience, we recommend you use Google Chrome when accessing the virtual conference platform. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Some VPNs and organizations will block access to the domain and the livestream. If you are having difficulty accessing content through your VPN, we recommend logging out of the VPN and back into the conference platform. You may also try logging in with your iPhone, Android, or iPad, if you have an alternative device.
