Group Sales and Special State Association Group Pricing Discount pricing is available for groups of 10 registrants or more. NCRA is also offering state associations group pricing for their members. Registration Rates Early rates are available to registrants whose form and payment are postmarked and/or received by March 1, 2021.
Member Rates Before March 1, 2021: $260 After March 1, 2021: $360
Non-Member Rates Before March 1, 2021: $360 After March 1, 2021: $460
Payment Methods NCRA accepts the following forms of payment: check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. NCRA accepts purchase orders, but a copy of the P.O. must be provided to NCRA’s offices and include the following information for invoicing: contact name, company, address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. The organization will be billed with payment due 30 days following the date of the invoice. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received. International Payments NCRA prefers international registrations be paid by credit card. International payments made by check will need to be add $50 for the bank-imposed administration fee to the total. International funds must be drawn on U.S. currency.
Cancellation Policy NCRA will accept cancellations and refund registration fees for cancellations received on/before May 14, 2021. Cancellations must be in writing. NCRA will refund the registration fees, less the $100 processing charge. No refunds will be made for any cancellation received after May 14, 2021. Substitutions are accepted.

Returned Check Fee If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a returned-check fee will be added to your payment in the amount of $35.
