What is a hybrid event?

The hybrid meeting format enables virtual attendees to watch the live streaming of the in-person sessions and to take part in live Q&A. Both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to the virtual platform to watch the recordings of the conference sessions through May 31, 2022.  NCRA is planning to have speakers present live in-person at the Gaylord National Resort.

What health and safety protocols are NCRA following for in-person attendees?

All health protocols as they apply to the in-person attendee for the NCRA’s Annual Conference in April 2022 will be communicated to all attendees through timely emails, NCRA conference updates, onsite signage, and announcements. NCRA will continue to adapt to current needs, in consultation with federal, state, and local authorities, and require all in-person attendees to follow the most current health protocols in place at the time of the conference.

NCRA is encouraging non-COVID vaccinated individuals or those with health risks related to increased COVID infection to attend the conference virtually.
