What’s included?
In-Person
The following are included when you register to attend the meeting in-person at the Town and Country San Diego.
Virtual
Attendees purchasing the virtual registration package will have live stream access to all Plenary Sessions on Monday and Tuesday and to the Hospital Concurrent Track on Wednesday; access to the virtual exhibit hall, and all virtual online events. The Central Registry, CoC Cancer Programs, and Registry Management tracks on Wednesday will not be livestreamed for virtual attendees but will be available online through the conference portal after the conference has concluded. Attendees will have access to the Conference Portal to view all recorded sessions and claim their conference CEs through July 15, 2023.
In-Person Workshops

How do I register for the NCRA 2023 Annual Educational Conference?
To begin the online registration process for the 2023 NCRA Educational Conference, participants can either register here online or by completing the 2023 Conference Registration Form. You can submit completed registration form by:

What do I need to receive the NCRA membership rate?
To receive the membership rate, all participants must have a current and up-to-date NCRA membership at the time of registering. Participants will also need to enter their Member ID. If you do not know your Member ID you can access that information by logging into your NCRA Membership account. Is there a Group Discount for Virtual and In-Person Registrations? If you are registering a group of 15 or more people, please send a request to registration@ncra-usa.org for group registration forms and pricing information.
What forms of payments are accepted?
NCRA accepts the following forms of payment: check/money order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Returned Check Fee: If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a returned-check fee will be added to your payment in the amount of $35.
International Payments NCRA prefers international payments to be paid by credit card. If this is not possible, payment may be made by international wire transfer or by check drawn in US dollars. Please contact accounting@ncra-usa.org for wire transfer instructions. A fee of US$50 will be added to all orders paid by international wire transfer or checks originating outside the US. Please note that internationally wired funds may take up to 6 weeks to clear.
Cancellations: NCRA will accept cancellations and refund registrations fees for cancellations received on/before March 15, 2023. NCRA will refund the registration fees, less $100 processing charge. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after March 16, 2023.
Substitutions and Registrations Transfers: You may provide a substitution for the individual registered for the conference or workshop if received by March 15, 2023. In addition, NCRA will allow In-Person Conference Registrants to transfer to Virtual Conference Registration, and vice versa, if request is received on or before March 15, 2023.

Cancellations or transfers requested after March 15, 2023 will be evaluated on the case-by-case basis.
