This page contains important information regarding your registration, payment methods, and NCRA’s cancellation policy.PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! Important Dates
August 21, 2020: Early-Rate Registration Cut-Off August 21, 2020: Last date to cancel registration to receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy NCRA will fully refund registration fees for cancellations received on/before August 21, 2020. Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received after August 21, 2020, will be refunded less the $100 administrative fee. Substitutions are accepted. For answers to your questions on cancellation options, please see our FAQs or contact nallen@ncra-usa.org.
NCRA will accept cancellations by mail, fax, or email. Fax: (703) 299-6620; email: registration@ncra-usa.org; and mail: NCRA, Attn: Conference Registration, 1330 Braddock Place, Suite 520, Alexandria, VA, 22314.
For payment received by credit card, refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt of notice to cancel. For payment made by check, refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of notice to cancel.
Registration Rates Early rates are available to registrants whose form and payment are postmarked and/or received by August 21, 2020.
Payment Methods NCRA accepts the following forms of payment: check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. NCRA accepts purchase orders, but a copy of the P.O. must be provided to NCRA’s offices and include the following information for invoicing: contact name, company, address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. The organization will be billed with payment due 30 days following the date of the invoice. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
International Payments NCRA prefers international registrations be paid by credit card. International payments made by check will need to be add $50 for the bank-imposed administration fee to the total. International funds must be drawn on U.S. currency.
Returned Check Fee If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a returned-check fee will be added to your payment in the amount of $35.
CONFERENCE PACKAGES:
FULL CONFERENCE: Three continental breakfasts, two lunches, and refreshments at Monday’s Welcome Reception will be provided, along with an electronic copy (PDF) of the Conference Proceedings, CE credits, and access to all conference sessions and exhibits.
DAILY CONFERENCE: Meals provided for the specific day as stated above and an electronic copy (PDF) of the Conference Proceedings; CE credits; and access to all conference sessions and exhibits on the day purchased.
GUEST REGISTRATION: Access to the Welcome Reception, NCRA Business Meeting Luncheon, and the Awards, Installation, and Recognition Luncheon. Guests may not attend the education sessions.
WORKSHOPS:
PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP: CTR Exam Prep CTR Exam Prep: Hands-On Strategies for the Open-Book Section Workshop is Sunday, September 20 and includes continental breakfast, lunch, and materials.
CONCURRENT WORKSHOP: Fundamentals of Abstracting Fundamentals of Abstracting Workshop is Monday, September 21, through Wednesday, September 23, and includes continental breakfast all three days, lunch on Monday and Wednesday, and refreshments at Monday's Welcome Reception.
POST-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP: SEER 2020 Advanced Topics for Registry Professionals The SEER: 2020 Advanced Topics for Registry Professionals Workshop is Thursday, September 24, from 8 AM to 5:30 PM; and Friday, September 25, 8 AM to 12:30 PM. Note: The workshop is complimentary, but registration is required. This is a separate registration event from NCRA’s annual conference. Please use this link to register for the SEER Workshop.
