Conference Rebroadcasting Policy
As a registrant, your access to the Conference Portal to view live and recorded sessions entitles only you - the paid registrant - to view those live-streamed or recorded sessions. Permitting others to watch live-streamed or recorded sessions, broadcasting or distributing the live-streamed sessions or recordings, and/or recording or copying any portions of the live-streamed or recorded sessions, violates the terms of your conference registration and infringes copyright. This policy also applies to in-person registrants viewing recorded sessions post-conference.
The 2026 conference will feature high-quality educational sessions and fantastic opportunities to connect with the cancer registry professional community. NCRA will be once again applying for AHIMA CEU’s, so attendance in 2026 will help you achieve your ODS and AHIMA Credential CE needs!
The Call for Abstracts is currently open until September 5, 2025; you can find the 2026 Guidance Document here. Oral presentations and poster abstracts will be accepted through the 2026 NCRA Online Abstract Collection Site at www.ncra-usa.org/2026Abstracts.
Conference registration and hotel reservations at the Louisville Marriott Downtown will open Fall 2025.
