The Danielle Chufar Memorial Annual Scholarship provides financial support to NCRA member(s) with no available funding to attend NCRA’s Annual Educational Conference. The scholarship is named in memory of Danielle Chufar. Danielle was an NCRA staff member and new RHIT professional preparing to take her CTR exam when she passed away in February 2004 from cancer. Applicants must complete the application form and submit a 500- to 750-word essay on the 2023 topic. The recipient will receive the conference registration fee to attend in-person; round-trip, coach airfare (up to the amount of $600); and hotel for three nights at the conference hotel.
