The 51st Annual Educational Conference will take place May 3-6, 2025 at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®, an ideal destination for celebration and networking opportunities at the largest gathering of cancer registrars in the world. The 2025 conference will feature high-quality educational sessions and fantastic opportunities to connect with the cancer registry professional community. NCRA will once again apply for AHIMA CEUs, so attendance at NCRA 2025 will help you achieve both your ODS and AHIMA Credential CE needs! The Call for Abstracts launches June 2024. Conference registration and hotel reservations at the Renaissance open later in the year.

Q: How do I log-in to NCRA’s Conference Portal? 
A: Go to https://ncra2024annualconference.eventscribe.net and use the log-in credentials that were emailed directly from registration@ncra-usa.org on April 15, 2024. If you cannot find your log-in credentials.  Click the “Forgot Access Key?” link. This link will send you login instructions directly to your email. Please check your spam folder if you are having issues receiving login instructions.

Q: How do I claim NCRA CEs and access my certificate of attendance? 
A: All attendees must claim CE credit through the Conference Portal or the Mobile App. Attendees claim credit for live and recorded sessions by clicking on the “Claim CEs” tile in the Conference Portal (also available in the left navigation menu) or Mobile App. Once there, attendees will click on “Claim Credit” and then select the sessions they attended. The deadline to claim your CEs and print/save a copy of your completion certificate for the 2024 Annual Conference is June 27, 2024. 

Q: How do I claim AHIMA CEUs? 
A: NCRA’s 2024 Annual Educational Conference has been approved of 20.5 CEUs for AHIMA credentials. This is a wonderful opportunity for those with the ODS credential and an AHIMA credential to attend a single conference to meet your CEU needs. Sessions approved by AHIMA are noted on the Conference Portal. Attendees will be able to claim credit (NCRA and AHIMA) for live and recorded sessions by clicking on the “Claim CEs” tile in the Conference Portal. Once there, attendees will click on “Claim Credit” and then select the sessions they attended. The deadline to claim your CEs and print/save a copy of your completion certificate for the 2024 Annual Conference is June 27, 2024. VERY IMPORTANT: To receive the AHIMA CEU credits, in-person and virtual attendees MUST print the formal Certificate of Attendance available through the Conference Portal. 

Q: How do I change what appears in my Conference Profile? 
A: In the Conference Portal, click “My Conference Profile” from the drop-down menu under your name in the upper-right corner and go through the profile setup process. You can also return to this profile to make updates. 

Q: What if I want to view only a few sessions? Can I log-in and log-off with the same log-in credentials? 
A: Yes. You will be asked to log-in each time you return to the site. Your browser may have the option of saving the account information for future access and login. 

Q: Are PowerPoint slides and handouts available for the sessions? 
A: Yes. Slides and/or handouts supplied by presenters will be available for download on the Conference Portal within each session’s pop-up page. Look for the “Handouts” or “Slides” buttons to access this information. If no slides or handouts are available for a session, the presenter did not provide them, or if you do not see a slide for a certain presenter, they may be combined with their co-presenter. 

Q: How long do I have to view the recorded sessions on the Conference Portal? 
A: All sessions, including the CoC Cancer Programs, Central Registry, and Registry Management Concurrent sessions on Saturday, will be recorded and posted to the portal the week of May 13, 2024. These on-demand recorded sessions will be available for viewing through June 27, 2024. Use the same live conference log-in credentials to view the recorded sessions.
