NCRA’s goal is to make your registration experience easy and efficient. This page contains important information regarding your registration, payment methods, and NCRA’s rebroadcasting and cancellation policies. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! What’s included?

In-Person Registrants

The following are included when you register to attend the meeting in-person at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®:

  • Full Conference: Continental breakfast Sunday through Tuesday; two lunches; Welcome Reception; Recognition and Celebration Event; beverage breaks; CE credits; and access to all conference sessions and exhibits. In addition, attendees will have access to the Conference Portal to view recorded sessions through July 1, 2025.
  • Daily Conference: Meals provided for the specific day; CE credits; access to all conference sessions and exhibits for the specific day. In addition, registrants will have access to the Conference Portal to view recorded sessions for the purchased day through July 1, 2025.
  • Guest Registration: Access to the Sunday and Monday Receptions and lunch on two meeting days. Guests may not attend the education sessions.

Virtual Registrants

Live stream access to all Plenary Sessions on Sunday and Monday; the Hospital Concurrent Track only, held on Tuesday; access to the virtual exhibit hall; and all virtual online events. In addition, attendees will have access to the Conference Portal to view all recorded sessions through July 1, 2025.

Virtual Registrants Take Note!

As a virtual registrant, your access to the Conference Portal to view live and recorded sessions entitles only you - the paid registrant - to view those live-streamed or recorded sessions. Permitting others to watch live-streamed or recorded sessions, broadcasting or distributing the live-streamed sessions or recordings, and/or recording or copying any portions of the live-streamed or recorded sessions, violates the terms of your conference registration and infringes copyright. This policy also applies to in-person registrants viewing recorded sessions post-conference.

Group Pricing
In-Person and Virtual Registrants

To receive information on State Association Group pricing or group pricing of 10 or more people, please send a request to registration@ncra-usa.org for group registration forms and pricing information.

What forms of payments are accepted?

NCRA accepts the following forms of payment: check/money order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Returned Check Fee: If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a returned-check fee will be added to your payment in the amount of $35.

International Payments
NCRA prefers international payments to be paid by credit card. If this is not possible, payment may be made by international wire transfer or by check drawn in US dollars. Please contact accounting@ncra-usa.org for wire transfer instructions. A fee of US $50 will be added to all orders paid by international wire transfer or checks originating outside the US. Please note that internationally wired funds may take up to 6 weeks to clear.

What is your Cancellation, Substitutions, and Registration Transfers Policy? 

Cancellations:
NCRA will accept cancellations and refund registrations fees for cancellations received on/before March 28, 2025. Cancellations must be in writing. NCRA will refund the registration fees, less $100 processing charge. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received after March 28, 2025. NCRA will accept cancelations by mail, fax, or email. Substitutions and Registrations Transfers:
You may provide a substitution for the individual registered for the conference or workshop if received by March 28, 2025. Substitutions for in-person and transfers to the virtual option will be accepted, if received on/before March 28, 2025.

A registrant under a group discount program who wants to name a substitute must submit the request for transfer or substitution on/before March 28, 2025. No substitutions or transfers will be honored after March 28, 2025.
