Registration Information

NCRA's 45th Annual Educational Conference will be held May 19-22, 2019, at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, Denver, CO. The conference will showcase critical topics to help cancer registrars stay current with advancements and changes in the field. The format this year will provide opportunities for interactive learning.There are 15 plenary and at least five focused sessions in each symposium. Cancellation Policy
NCRA will accept cancellations and refund registration fees for cancellations received on or before April 19, 2019. Cancellations must be in writing. NCRA will refund the registration fees paid, less the $100 processing charge by June 21, 2019. No refunds will be made for any cancellation received after April 19, 2019. Substitutions are always accepted. NCRA will accept cancellations by mail, fax, or e-mail. Registration Rates
Early rates are available to registrants whose form and payment are postmarked by or received by April 5, 2019.

Payment Methods
NCRA accepts the following forms of payment: check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. NCRA accepts purchase orders, but a copy of the P.O. must be provided to NCRA’s offices and include the following information for invoicing: contact name, company, address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address. The organization will be billed with payment due 30 days following the date of the invoice. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Returned Check Fee
If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a returned-check fee will be added to your payment in the amount of $35.

International Payments
NCRA prefers international registrations be paid by credit card. International payments made by check will need to be add $50 for the bank-imposed administration fee to the total. International funds must be drawn on U.S. currency.

FULL CONFERENCE
Continental breakfast on Monday, May 20; Tuesday, May 21; and Wednesday, May 22; lunch on May 21 at the NCRA Business Meeting; lunch on May 22 at the Awards, Installation, and Recognition Luncheon; refreshments at Monday’s Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall; electronic copy (PDF) of the Conference Proceedings; CE credits; and access to all conference sessions and exhibits.

DAILY CONFERENCE
Meals provided for the specific day as stated above and an electronic copy (PDF) of the Conference Proceedings; CE credits; and access to all conference sessions and exhibits on the day purchased.

GUEST FEE
Access to the Welcome Reception, NCRA Business Meeting Luncheon, and the Awards, Installation, and Recognition Luncheon. Guests may not attend the education sessions.

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP: CTR Exam Prep
CTR Exam Prep: Hands-On Strategies for the Open-Book Section, Sunday, May 19, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. CTR Exam workshop includes continental breakfast, lunch, and materials.

CONCURRENT WORKSHOP: Fundamentals of Abstracting Workshop
Fundamentals of Abstracting Workshop is Monday, May 20, through Wednesday, May 22 and includes: continental breakfast all three days, lunch on Monday and Wednesday, and refreshments at Monday's Welcome Reception (opening of the exhibit hall).

POST-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP: SEER 2018 Advanced Topics for Registry Professionals
The SEER: 2019 Advanced Topics for Registry Professionals, Thursday, May 23, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday, May 24, 8 AM to 12:30 PM. Note: The workshop is complimentary, but registration is required. Limited seating. This is a separate event. Please make sure you have selected to attend the SEER Workshop option when you register.
