NCRA’s 46th Annual Educational Conference is going fully virtual! There is no-person conference in 2020.

NCRA’s goal is to make your registration experience easy and efficient. This page contains important information regarding registration options, payment methods, and NCRA’s cancellation policy. Registration Rates

NCRA member price is $200; non-member price is $300. There are no daily or guest registrations. Group pricing for groups of six registrants or more is available. E-mail Nancy Allen at nallen@ncra-usa.org for details.

NCRA is also offering group pricing for groups of six registrants or more is available. Download the Group Sales Fact Sheet and complete the Group Sales Order Form.

Cancellation Policy
NCRA will fully refund registration fees for cancellations received on/before August 21, 2020. Cancellations must be in writing. There will be no refunds after August 21, 2020. Substitutions are not possible for the virtual 2020 annual conference. Questions? E-mail Nancy Allen at registration@ncra-usa.org.

Reminder: Registrants who cannot attend the “live” virtual conference on September 21-23 will have access to the on-demand sessions through December 31, 2020.

NCRA will accept cancellations by mail, fax, or e-mail. Fax: 703-299-6620; e-mail: registration@ncra-usa.org; and mail: NCRA, Attn: Conference Registration, 1330 Braddock Place, Suite 520, Alexandria, VA, 22314.

For payment received by credit card, refunds will be processed within two weeks of receipt of notice to cancel. For payments made by check, refunds are processed weekly. 

Payment Methods
NCRA accepts the following forms of payment: check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. NCRA accepts purchase orders, but a copy of the P.O. must be provided to NCRA’s offices and include the following information for invoicing: contact name, company, address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. The organization will be billed with payment due 30 days following the date of the invoice. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.
 
International Payments
NCRA prefers international registrations be paid by credit card. International payments made by check will need to be add $50 for the bank-imposed administration fee to the total. International funds must be drawn on U.S. currency.
 
Returned Check Fee
If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a returned-check fee will be added to your payment in the amount of $35.
