SEER 2021 Advanced Topics Workshop
The 2021 SEER Advanced Topics for Registry Professionals Workshop is open to ALL cancer registrars and will be held virtually on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 1-2, 2021. The workshop will expand registrars’ knowledge of several important topics: Histology Coding Rules, New Data Items, COVID-19 and Cancer, advanced pathology concepts, and more. Participants will complete assigned cases in SEER*Educate before the workshop (details to be provided in an email to registrants). In-depth coding and abstracting training will be based on outcomes of the assigned cases.
Note: The workshop is complimentary, but registration is required. This is a separate registration event from NCRA’s National Conference.

After you have registered for the SEER Workshop, you will need to complete the case exercises which can be accessed through the SEER Educate site. To download the announcement and instructions on completing the exercises click here. Exercises must be completed by May 16th. CE credits are available for completing the exercises.

CDC-NPCR ETC Virtual Workshop CDC-NPCR will be presenting their ETC workshop virtually in 2021. The workshop is scheduled for June 9, 2021, 10am – 4pm EST. The intended audience for this workshop includes ETC funded positions and positions supporting QA/QC in NPCR supported registries.
